5) Saving, viewing and amending
For sending our newsletters we save only email addresses. If you receive our newsletters you can amend this information yourself, or unsubscribe if you no longer wish to receive them. We store this information on our own secure systems, and only authorised staff within our organisation have access to it. We never share your email address with third parties!
